David in the service department was unbelievably helpful, patient, compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable! He got us an appointment for our vehicle in a timely manner and had the best/ friendliest customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! Highly recommend!
DO NOT waste your time. This dealership is absolutely nothing but a joke! I worked with a salesman named Chris about a Jeep I was interested in. He told the vehicle was generating a lot of interest, so if I was interested in the vehicle, I should put down a deposit down. That was fine and I had no problem putting a deposit to hold the vehicle since I was driving from South Dakota. Upon my inquiry about the vehicle, I was told it was in great condition and there were no cosmetic problems other than a few scratches on the outside. I was then pressured to drive up there and look at the vehicle ASAP. So before doing so I asked for a video walk around of the inside and outside of the vehicle I was promised a video that day. I never received it, got a text at 7:12 PM, so 12 minutes after closing that he got too tied up and couldn’t send a video but reassured me he would send it right away in the morning. I agreed that would be fine. Started my 6 and a half hour journey at 7:00 AM. Got a message from him at 10:30 a full hour after the business opened of what looked like burn marks in the back seat, no video because the “software wasn’t working”. I was told “as I was doing the walk around video of the Jeep there are two spots that I did want to point out but it did drive nice.” The spots were the burn marks and a patch mark on the middle seat. Mind you I asked what cosmetic problems there were and I was told it was in “great condition.” At this point I was far enough that I figured I might as well go look at it. Got there and it was even worse in person. There was a hole in the roof, the burn marks I could almost push my finger through, seat belt retractor didn’t work, little holes that had not been repaired in the seats. Bottom line the vehicle was a mess. At that point the sales manager came out and was very pushy saying that I could replace the seats with a skin cover and they would give $900 allowance for fixes to the vehicle. That wouldn’t have even been close to covering the expenses. After that waste of time, I walked away and asked for my deposit back since I wasn’t purchasing the vehicle. I reached out about the deposit and didn’t get a response for 3 days. Once I did get a response, I was told it would be taken care of. After 18 days of no deposit returned, I reached out again, asking for this to be taken care of, no response. I finally called and asked for the business manager. After talking with the business manager he didn’t know anything about a deposit being returned. He was helpful and said that he was processing the deposit and should be through the office though they were going to have to mail it snail mail, because they are no longer using the same credit vendor. I cannot reiterate enough, stay away from this place! Attached are the “ great condition, no cosmetic problems” pictures. I would hate to see what his opinion of an actual cosmetic issue would be.
This place has amazing customer service! They handled my vehicle purchase with such courtesy. I felt like my needs were put above all else. I had a bit of an alignment issue and it was taken care of. I have to give a huge shoutout to David, in their service dept! He's the man to get things done. The dealership is so lucky to have a customer service ace on their staff. Absolutely terrible. I purchased a vehicle here in October 2023 that ended up totaled, I've been trying to get my service contract refund for a little over 3 months that is worth $3900, no one will answer my emails or call me back. I've left multiple messages asking for updates and when I'll receive the money but I've heard nothing. They were pleasant to work with up until it came time for my refund, since then they have completely ignored me and now im sitting on a loan that I got nothing out of.
I had a great experience working with David Harder. He was on point with his customer service and thoroughness. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Trustworthy and kind! I felt very welcomed by the service team as well. Also, a huge thank you to the amazing behind the scene mechanics for doing a stellar job! Lastly, a huge thank you to the manager who also was understanding of a warranty issue. Thanks again for great service! Will be back! Keep up the great work!
My experience with this dealership was horrible. I sat waiting to sign paperwork for 5 hours and finished after the dealer was closed. Upon driving home, I noticed 3 unsealed windshield chips. Immediate remorse and contacted the financial worker I just signed papers with as he was the only one there. Nobody was there to take it back to. Next thing you know, a day or so later, the truck starts making a grinding noise. I took it to a certified dealer and the first thing they noticed was that there were 2 different tread type tires (as Kocourek only replaced 2). They also found a bad CV axle and repaired this. I picked up the repaired vehicle and the noise was still there. I told Kocourek I want my money back or my old truck I traded in back. They offered me thousands less than I paid or the option to take my old truck back, but pay $2200 worth of repairs (an ac condenser and wheel bearing). They told me I could not have the truck back yet as parts were on their way and it must be repaired to be sold. I told the GM I want this offer in writing. Never got it. I hounded numerous employees trying to get this offer. Finally, I asked what the status was on the parts/ truck. They sold it. I had to take the money and lost thousands. Terrible dealer with terrible service and morals.
Update: 3 months later and I still haven’t heard back from them although they responded “they’ll reach out”.
Edit: Zero follow up from our sales guy. Not even a "thanks for stopping by". We asked if they had any inventory coming in and if they would let us know what it was (they had no clue...just yes they have them coming in). Miraculously, both Jeeps they had on the lot had people coming to see them! CRAZY lol the tactics are ludicrous. We won't be buying from them.
The fact that we got a sales guy to talk to us was a huge bonus! Friendly, prompt service. No pressure and friendly. While they had a very limited selection of Jeeps on the lot, the sales person was more than willing to look for us. Good job!
